For more than 16 years, I have been designing digital products and leading designers for startups and large companies in Brazil and worldwide. Since 2021 I’ve been at Leads2b, a B2B SaaS CRM for small and medium businesses, where I lead Product & Design from discovery to delivery, including AI agents, mobile apps, and the Smart Badge, a hardware product with companion apps. Before that, I was partner and lead product designer at HUNA, a digital product studio, working with Electrolux, O Boticário, Claro, América Movil, Ebanx, and Porto Seguro.
